  I went there with my 2 friends and were seated on a table clearly set for 2.... we had to get another plate from the empty table next to us... we ordered drinks that were warm and the chicken that took 25min to come.... cold! When we tried to ask for the waiter that was serving us, took us 10min to find someone and get his attention... the guy was passing by. we asked him to see our waiter because our food was too cold, the guy said he'll go see him... after 10min of waiting we just took our stuff, told the guy we were leaving... he said your waiter is coming he went to his car but we didn't wanna wait anymore and we left! Clearly not a place where they care about customers satisfaction

  Decent food and service. Usually food is good buy I was disappointed last time with the entrecote which had quite a few nerves...

  The kids portion does not worth it, it is so small. Food is expensive and have no taste

  Had the burgers at $16.... Harvey's hamburgers were much tastier than these dried out burgers at Zibo. My kid pizzas were undercooked and the mac and cheese was more like oil and cheese. The prices do not meet the quality of the food served here. The duck confit poutine was not bad but the fries are too thin. Service was slow and the waiter rarely was around.
